Bronze Coaching

This includes:

  • Personal NCCP (for sporting discipline) or CSEP Certificate Coach.
  • Initial blood lactate test to assess training zones included in startup cost.
  • Program Delivery via Training Peaks.
  • Program updates every 4 weeks.
  • Athlete initiated communication with coach 1x per month.
  • 5% off products and testing at Ascent Performance Lab (during terms of subscription).
  • Email/phone contact with coach 4x per month.

Add on Nutritional consult for $85.

Add on Body Composition for $50

TERMS OF SERVICE

$285 start up fee with a minimum 3 month commitment. Start up fee is in addition to the initial monthly coaching fee. Monthly program is automatically renewed unless written notification is given to Ascent Performance Lab, at least 30 days prior to the subscription renewal date.
