OFFICE MANAGER

Ascent Physical Therapy & Performance Lab has a broad range of services it provides to the Canmore and Lake Louise Communities. Primarily a Physical Therapy Clinic in Canmore and Lake Louise, the office also provides massage, nutrition, endurance sports coaching, cycling classes and endurance sport testing services. This position is based in Canmore.
Qualified Candidates will possess:
-Previous experience in office administration work
-Excellent communication skills
-Proficiency in a broad range of computer programs including excel, QuickBooks, word, outlook.
-aptitude for working in and running a busy office environment
-Previous experience with bookkeeping and Accounts Receivable.
-Training or education in administration/ management field

Duties include:
-Being the face of our team and first contact point for clients.
-Overseeing all office administration duties
-Scheduling clients
-Billing, Accounts receivable and payroll
-Administrating an electronic charting system
-Assisting in daily clinic running
-Basic cleaning and Tidying
