Multirider Class Format

MultiRider Group Coaching Mode:

Group Training allows for non-competitive training in which each rider performs at his own level. A course is chosen with that profile being displayed at the top of the page.  Riders can see where their position is on the course, based on the position of their specific flag under the profile. The numerical metrics for each rider are located under the "flag track" denoting speed, distance, power output, heart rate, calories burned & power to weight (w/kg).

 

 

Multirider Time Trial Mode:

This Mode allows you to ride a course according to its gradient, elevation gains and losses and distance. Want to train on the actual Iron Man Canada course profile?  This is how you can do it! During this type of session you can perform the work out a variety of ways.  You can do it as a time trial to simulate race day or just as a ride to get a feel of the course gradients etc.  The computrianer calculates the resistance you need based on your weigth and the course profile.  This mode also allows for head to head racing and team time trial events.

   

 

ErgVideo: Virtual Reality Cycling:

Real races and training sessions from inside the peloton. ErgVideo offers a simulated, indoor riding experience where the actual profile of the riders is shown in the video. The Computrainer automatically adjusts the load presented by each unit so that all riders will execute the same workout at the same time, watching the same video display. Each rider receives exactly the same training benefit from the workout since it is keyed to his or her own Functional Threshold Power (FTP)
